天主聖神，您是我們的護慰者，求您速來助佑。
求您安慰痛失子女的父母，撫慰他們破碎的心靈。
求您安慰痛失父母的子女，抹去他們臉上的淚痕。
求您安慰痛失親人的人，陪伴他們度過這段傷痛的日子。
求您安慰痛失摯友的人，填補他們心靈的空虛。
求您安慰死者的靈魂，讓他們主懷安息。
求您平伏生者的情緒，讓他們回復平靜。
求您癒合受傷者的傷口，減輕他們肉身的痛楚。
求您撫平受打擊者的精神創傷，讓他們獲享內心的平安。

求賜我們智慧之恩，讓我明白該如何面對痛苦。
求賜我們聰敏之恩，教我認清天父的旨意。
求賜我們超見之恩，使我在絕望中仍能自強。
求賜我們剛毅之恩，激勵我勇於接受生命中各種挑戰。
求賜我們明達之恩，幫助我寬恕那些得罪我們的人。
求賜我們孝愛之恩，提醒我珍惜身邊每一個人。
求賜我們敬畏之恩，讓我在一切事情上信靠天父。
