At the end of July, Zita Tsang representing HK Dioceasn
AV Centre, met with delegates from SIGNIS Japan in Tokyo.
Zita received a warm welcome from Shigeki CHIBA, President
of SIGNIS Japan; Fr. masahide HARESAKU, Vice president
and Fr. Fuyuki HIRABAYASHI, Secretary.
In this meeting, Zita had explained the details of SIGNIS/EAST
ASIA sub-regional Assembly 2003, which will be held in
Hong Kong in November.
Fr. HIRABAYASHI invited Zita to visit the Catholic Diocese
Centre. He is in charge of the Social Communication Department,
that has its own studio, which is similar to that of HK
Diocesan AV Centre.
Zita was amazed to have met Fr. William Grimm, M.M.,
who had worked in UCA News Hong Kong and St. Joseph Church
(Kwun Tong). Now he is the Chief Director of The Catholic
Weekly of Japan.
