[Soul awakening]

¡@¡@What is the best way of communication? Use language, action or technology? Father Pierre Babin, the founder of Crex-Avec, taught us to use the symbolic way to communicate with other. He said unless we all communicate with our souls, we could never be a good communicator¡K

Source of strength

¡@¡@Father Babin took us to a remote rural area to experience the symbolic way. He hoped we could open our hearts and find the "source of strength". At the beginning, we have to pick up one object or landscape that impressed us at first glance. Followed by immersing ourselves in sensation, we could understand the deep feeling inside our hearts.

¡@¡@At first, we thought this suggestion was too abstract! When we walked down into the forest, we found everywhere have its "source of strength"! Each object and landscape inspired us lot! It was interesting that both of us had a totally different perspective towards the same object!

¡@¡@We still remembered Father Babin describing himself as a dried leaf. He said he is very weak right now, but when he was young, he was "tender and green". What father Babin said is right, life is short. The life wouldn't be worth living without enjoying our "tender" days.¡C

Women are the persevered small yellow flower

¡@¡@One of the participants used a small yellow flower to describe a woman. She said men only concern the appearance of women, just like people will concern the "outer-beauty" of flowers. In fact, women are not only the "blossoms", they also possess the "root" character- unswerving and strong!

Waterfall

¡@¡@ent to the big waterfall in the second day. To reach our destination, we have to pass through many small and narrow roads. Finally we reached the waterfall! We were so glad that some of us even jumped into the lake. The cool water refreshed our bodies and minds. This was really an impressive experience. The "symbolic way" journey let us understand other participants or even ourselves more¡K
